We are currently accepting and delivering orders exclusively in Karachi, Pakistan.

• Standard Delivery: Free of charge. There are no shipping fees or hidden costs.
• Delivery Areas: Deliveries are supported site-wide across all major residential sectors in Karachi.

2. Order Verification & Delivery Timeline

To ensure that your address details are completely correct, we verify every single order personally:

• Our customer service representative will call or WhatsApp you within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Once your address and delivery details are confirmed, we ship the order.
• Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 3 business days after confirmation.

3. Returns & Exchange Policy

Because Burma Amla Hair Oil is a natural product and prepared in controlled small batches, returns are governed by the following guidelines:

• Damaged / Incorrect Shipments: If your bottle arrives broken, leaking, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately (with photos/videos) within 48 hours for a free replacement.
• Change of Mind: We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used bottles due to hygiene and safety standards.
